Foradori Wine Dinner at Nero Nero

Spend an evening with some of Northern Italy’s most exciting biodynamic wines at Nero Nero. On Tuesday, 2 December 2025, we are hosting a special Foradori Wine Dinner, pairing five courses of modern Italian cuisine with five wines from the iconic Foradori estate in Trentino.

From the textured Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco to expressive Teroldego reds and playful rosso blends, each pour is matched to a dish created by our kitchen to highlight its character and flavour.

Foradori sits near the top of Lake Garda in Trentino and has been a family estate since 1939. Today the winery is led by Elisabetta Foradori and her children, known for a biodynamic approach, Demeter certification and a deep respect for local varietals like Teroldego. Their work in the cellar and on the farm has made Foradori one of the most respected names in Italian natural wine.
